Terms & Conditions

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

    By accessing or using the All In Studio Scripting Tool ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

  2. THE SERVICE

    The All In Studio Scripting Tool is a subscription-based AI scriptwriting tool built for content creators. It generates Reels and short-form video scripts based on your voice profile, stories, and content preferences.

  3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

    • All plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
    • A 7-day free trial is available. Your card will be saved on signup but not charged until day 8.
    • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first payment will be taken automatically.
    • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your My Plan page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
    • All payments are processed securely by Stripe. All In Studio does not store your card details.
    • Prices are listed in USD. Exchange rates apply for non-USD payments and may vary.

  4. FREE TRIAL

    • One free trial per person. We reserve the right to revoke trial access if we reasonably believe it is being abused.
    • The trial gives full access to your chosen plan for 7 days.

  5. REFUNDS

    • We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused scripts.
    • If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at info@allinstudio.net within 7 days of the charge.

  6. ACCEPTABLE USE

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its AI systems.
    • Share your account with others or resell access to the Service.

  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    • Scripts generated by the Scripting Tool are yours to use however you choose.
    • The All In Studio platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of All In Studio.

  8. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

    • Scripts are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or on-brand.
    • You are responsible for reviewing scripts before publishing. All In Studio accepts no liability for content you post based on generated scripts.

  9. PRIVACY

    • We collect only the information needed to provide the Service (email, voice profile, usage data).
    • We do not sell your data to third parties.
    • Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored by us.

  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    All In Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

  11. CHANGES TO TERMS

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

  12. GOVERNING LAW

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
